KENNETH USSENKO DESIGN BRIEF

Kenneth Ussenko formed the design firm KU Productions in 1999 with the focus of his work in the film industry.

His talents quickly expanded into industrial design, branding & packaging and then finally crossed into conceptual design for architectural environments. In 2007 Kenneth was hired by Nestle Corporation to design the packaging and branding of a new innovative healthcare beverage the company was developing. Nestle’s “GLOWELLE” product was a huge success and the packaging got media acclaim worldwide. Soon after Kenneth Ussenko Design was formed to mainly focus on the development and designs of commercial environments and residences.
By 2012 Kenneth Ussenko had designed 12 restaurants in California and 2 in Qatar; office building for Klune Industries, an aerospace company; shopping mall in Laguna Niguel and several estate homes. KU Productions immediately broadened the vision and clientele to an international scale because of its versatile design capabilities. Most recently Kenneth was commissioned to design the palace for Prince (Sheikh) Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Thani and Princess Maha, royal family members of Qatar. Presently Kenneth Ussenko is the architectural designer of a large resort and residence community in Cental America. Situated on 5,300 acres of palm-strewn beaches, sub-tropical savannah and Belizean jungle long the Southern coast of Belize, lies the only gated residential, golf and resort development of it’s kind. Kanantik Belize is an active, ecofriendly community offering over 2,800 residential homesites uniquely dispersed throughout four neighborhoods, namely the Coastal Estates, Savannah Estates, Golf Estates and Foothill Estates.
